This Site is intended for independent artists, labels, creative professionals, and individuals seeking information about music distribution, promotion, or education services. Use of our submission forms confirms that you are at least 18 years of age, or between 13 and 18 with parental or guardian consent.

3. No Guarantee of Services

Submitting a form on this Site does not create a contract, guarantee a response, guarantee acceptance, or obligate Jump Street Distribution to provide any service. All submissions are reviewed at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to decline any application for any reason.

4. Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You represent that you own or control the rights to any music, content, or materials referenced in your submission.

Misrepresentation — including false streaming numbers, fabricated DSP links, fake artist identities, or inaccurate rights claims — will result in permanent disqualification and may be subject to further action.

5. Prohibited Conduct

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Attempt to manipulate our submission scoring or intake systems
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to submit forms
  • Harvest, scrape, or copy any data from this Site
  • Introduce malicious code, viruses, or disruptive elements
  • Harass or threaten any JSD staff member or representative
  • Submit on behalf of another person without their explicit consent

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, design, graphics, logos, and structure — is the intellectual property of Jump Street Distribution. You may not reproduce, distribute, or repurpose any content without prior written permission.

Music, artwork, or other content you submit remains your property. By submitting, you grant JSD a limited, non-exclusive right to review and reference your submission internally for evaluation purposes only.

7. Data Use

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. We do not sell your data, do not guarantee outcomes, and do not share data without consent or operational necessity.

8. Rejected Applications

We do not provide feedback on rejected applications unless we choose to at our discretion. A rejection reflects fit, timing, capacity, or strategic alignment — not artistic quality. You may reapply after 90 days unless permanently disqualified.

9. Limitation of Liability

JSD provides this Site on an "as-is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JSD is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site or our services.

10. Governing Law
